Samdruptse is an old Buddhist Monastery located at Namchi in South Sikkim is an amazing tourist spot. The mesmerizing giant statue endowed with brilliant colours makes it unique and exquisite. The breath taking picturesque sequestered hills surrounding the Samdruptse unveils the true essence of the inexplicable beauty of the mighty hilly areas.

While going to Pelling this place can be visited. The view from the hill is good. There is nothing special except views and statue.

Its a good place for visit. If you're doing Namchi Sightseeing then your driver will take you to this. 50 INR per person is the ticket cost. Do spend time here for 1 hour.

Place is ok...the Statue looks good. Apart from that there isn't much to say, no guides,no info about the place anywhere makes it a missed opportunity.
