Good stay. Good hospitality. Only got issue with parking. Especially when peak season.

Terrible place. Fridge isnt working, under bed wasnt dwept, no toothbrush and toothpaste was given. Price was ridiculous for a undeserving 2 star hotel. But if you don't mind just for a night rest, you can book it as its near MRT and mall.

The hallways smelled like a mix of roses and toilet (so perhaps an attempt to cover up a bad smell with air freshener?). Reception staff admitted that only the 'family' rooms were nice rooms - at least they were honest! Can someone tell the lady working there not to cough profusely without blocking her mouth when dealing with guests? Housekeeping staff don't do much, don't expect the normal service of a standard hotel. These are just my opinions but all in all I don't think these people care about customer service, if your stay goes well then cool *shrug*

I was there last week with my family.. best location ever.. everything is near to this places.. rooms are quite small but clean and nice.. very friendly staff excellent service.. especially cherish❤️ She was freaking amazingZzz ... i do recommend this place to anyone ❤️
