Check in and check out was easy. Front desk are very helpful and provided all the required info. Hotel location was good, probably 5 mins walk to train station. Many eateries near the hotel location. Room was spacious and comfortable, kid love the tent provided. Good high tea! Only setback is there's no complimentary parking. Front desk inform that carpark rates will be capped at $18 + probably another $2.50, but it cost us $35 (from 1.30pm till next day around 4.30pm) when we exited. Car parking will be a factor to consider for repeated stay with the hotel

Although I did not stay at Sofitel, I must commend the service there. I was attended to by Myra to organise a surprise delivery for a guest there and she went above and beyond to ensure it was safely delivered. She even assisted with writing a card for the guest. It was a small gesture but it left a very big impression on me. Really excellent service. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel in CBD. The rooms are splendid and cold (in a good way). The pool, gym and staff at the restaurants are awesome as well. Take this opportunity to come see the hotel at great deals/package (especially with your SG Rediscover vouchers). Support the local hotels.

Delighted with the room spacing and layout. Comfortable bed and chair, we find the size and height is just right. Good shower pressure and bathtub, just the thing we need. Pool wasn't deep enough and probably only comfortable for two lanes swimming. Sofitel breakfast is magnificent as usual.
