The place is amazing especially the view. The ride will be about 30 minutes long so its not too bad. The view is amazing and you can see all the places from a height of 165m I think. This is definitely the one place you want to go to but if you have a phobia of heights you can go but if you don't its fine.

One of the best places in Singapore. Worth visiting. The skyline looks amazing. It is a giant wheel and moves very slowly. It doesn't come to a stop, so you have to get in and out while it is moving. I am afraid of heights but had an amazing time at Singapore Flyer. No dizzying whatsoever. Feels absolutely safe in there. The individual pods are big with amazing view. Tips: Do not buy the ticket online. Its a rain or shine event. Go there and check the weather. Two things can spoil the experience - heavy rain and haze. Then buy the ticket from the counter. Go in evening close to night time and if you are lucky you will have both views i.e. of daylight and night lights. Both look fabulous.

Good but not great for the price. You might get much better views of the city's skyline from the top of Marina Bay Sands. The staff cleans up and sanitizes each capsule quickly before the visitors board it which is good. The Time Capsule concept is also good and worth experiencing.

Go after sunset for the beautiful city lights. You will get good view of the lake and the city's skyline but not good view of the marina bay building. For someone who has already seen the city skyline from marina or garden by the bay its nothing new because its the same view from a slightly different angle.
