Super rude counter staff please dont go there. The china staff lady is completely lack of servicing skills and talk with a really aggressive tone. Really disappointed with the experience as the hotel room is nice but really disappointed with their services

Wonderful place. Affordable. My kids love the room (family room). Spacious and there is a tub in the toilet. Will visit this place in the future.

Descent hotel. Great location but hotel staff must improve their guest relation. Not up to the mark.

Staff were not helpful . Rooms was dusty and bedding was dusty and dirty. Starting itching . Bed was sinking in and there were ants . Water needed to be paid for . The room was not worth its value . Did not sleep well in this room . Not worth their value . Things provided were bare minimum . Hand soap was old and spoilt . Toilet paper placed was left over small roll . Was a waste of money . Even upon check out staff was not helpful and when called room was rude even after requesting for the late checkout beforehand.
