I have total of 3 stays in 6 months with MO. Each time never failed to make a great stay. Thanks for the thoughtful surprise for celebrated occasions. The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is always more than satisfactory. Overall a big thumb up to all the service stuff for making each stay a memorable one. Definitely will visit again!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Environment was clean and quiet. The children had a pleasant surprise with the kids mask and bedroom slippers when we went into the room. Breakfast at Melt Cafe was delicious and the restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. We had a great time at the swimming pools too. There were different depths which caters to both the kids and adults.

Correspondence for my requests were rather prompt which is a great start to the lead up to the stay itself. Check-in was a breeze which is fantastic because there were worries due to the news of long waiting times at other hotels. The room was clean and we were treated to the magnificent Marina view which we greatly appreciate. The staff were really friendly and hospitable during the stay too. Breakfast spread was good and the food was tasty. Check-out was quick and pleasant too!

I had such a great time here! Top favourite features - 6pm late checkout + Seriously amazing views + Buffet breakfast + Spacious pool. Disappointment - Repeatedly mentioned that it was our anniversary over the call and email yet there's nothing + Dinner wasn't impressive. But overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously and would highly recommend it.

Our experience has been good right even before we checked in. We were warmly greeted by one of your hotel staff, Ms Katya (from Finland). She even gave us a complimentary picture taken in front of your Christmas tree at the hotel lobby. The Food was good. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a pleasant staycation. Thank you!
