Stayed for 3 days 2 nights staycation on 2nd sept till 4sept. Really enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent. All the service staffs we met from check in till check out was friendly and welcoming. Food was really good too! Would love to go back again. :) Love the Swimming pool too!

Very courteous and friendly staff. Thoughtful and friendly in all their interactions. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here.

Smooth check in. Front office and concierge were friendly and welcoming. Booked a mystery room and was surprised to get one at 28th floor. Room and carpet was clean, shower and bath tub was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed myself. Thanks Mandarin Orchard.

I was here with my wife for our wedding anniversary celebration. The room is clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with some nice decoration on our bed. They also surprised us with a complimentary chocolate cake (and it tastes great). A special thanks for the management team for the arrangement.

Has its charm, but really needs an update. I was in a room which has carpet that is past its day. Clogged tub. Old outdated room lighting switches. Lack of usb outlets and no regular outlets by the side of the bed. I'm sure some other rooms are better. But they need to update all rooms.
