One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever visited. It's suitable for solo, couples and families. The outdoor areas are beautiful as well. Rooms are done with innovative interior, one of a kind and really impressive. If you don't mind spending a little more on a good room, this is a good choice.

Located on top floor 21st storey. Highly recommended. It was rainy day. So comfortable to sleep. Take note there is timing to fixed for eating and swimming. Their service is also tip top. City view. Its more than my expectations. Thank you JW.

I checked in JW Marriott South Beach on my birthday. The front desk agent (Mr. Adrian) was very professional and friendly. Upon registering my check-in, he wished me happy birthday. Later in the evening, I received a birthday cake from the hotel management. It was a pleasant surprise! In fact, all hotel staff whom we came across have delivered good and professional customer service. Thumbs up and pls keep up the good work

Professional staff. The basic guest room was smallish but very thoughtfully designed. Shower area was great. They have an electronic bidet but I didn't know how to work the remote so didn't use it. Pool was great. Sheltered so we could use it even though it was raining. Stunning view from the pool.
