The room is just nice and the hotel location but the worst part is the payment time on check out. Upon booking, my money is already on-hold by the bank but then upon check out, they still asked me to pay and say that my initial payment was on hold by the bank and will be credited back only from 3-4 days. What???? Then what if I don’t have enough money to pay again as i already pay initially? This is the first time it happened to us. Instead, you should have used the initial payment instead of asking to pay once again.
