A 5 star stay for me. The entry level room is spacious, enough space for a living room and a separate area for the bed. The furnishing, while slightly old, is still modern. The bathroom is well appointed. Free parking. Easy access to town. Great service staff. What more could one ask for?

The buffet lunch serves local food and for price of $59++, it's really not worth it. Service is good and speed of serving food quite fast though cos they got extra temps as all dishes are served ala order. But they did missed out on some of our orders.

Great accommodation. Clean rooms, bathroom and the bed was so comfortable. Excellent facilities, well maintained. Service was beyond our expectations, We had a wonderful experience.

A really nice hotel in the heart of Singapore. The exterior facade does look a bit dated but the hotel is really popular. They have a really nice bar and some nice restaurants. Rooms are quite nice as well and so is the service. A popular place with tourists and locals to hang out over the weekend. Lots of amazing restaurants and shopping malls around.

We are supposed to check in at 3 pm today. When we reach there, the queue to check in was super long and was told to come back at 6pm. Oh come on, for a 5 Star hotel, with this kinda service. We expect the check in to be smooth though.
