I had stayed in this hotel before previously and I love the new room after their renovation. Nice and classy design. I would love to come here again when they are open for staycation in the future.

It was just like yesterday that I had stayed in this earlier this year for a short stay. I stayed in the new room and its nice and cozy. Staffs are polite and friendly too.

Here is near to the Clark Quay and Tiong Bahru area, but not so close. I think it may be a bit inconvenient for tourists if they don't know how to take a bus or taxi. There are no night downtown or shopping streets around. The hotel itself is a large hotel company headquartered in the United Kingdom and expanding worldwide. I stayed here for my relax time without daily business life. The interior, atmosphere and basic service level are of a high standard. But because of old, some interior has something wrong, shower might be weak and inconvenient sometimes. I could swim in a small pool, relax on the veranda of the room overlooking the pool, and spend a relaxing time. Room service is also substantial, starting at around S $ 20. If you don't care of the location and old things, I think it is a fairly reasonable and comfortable place to stay.

Good Chinese resturant you should visit. Take their Dim Sum especially their egg tarts..

Comfortable size of room with balcony. A/C did not work well, it got very warm sometimes. Few channels on TV, cable was not clear, poor sound on the TV set, needs renewal. Wifi weak, upload and download speed just 10Mbps each, was difficult to connect with video on WFH situation. My Starhubtv did not work.
