I stayed here during my 14-day quarantine mandated by the government. Hotel provided good services, room is spacious and it has a good desk which is much needed for me as I need to work. Meals provided are of high quality and served different kind of food every day. Amenities are provided generously during my stay. Two thumbs up, keep up the excellent work!

Called a thousand times and no one picked up the phone. Honesty, If you are not going to serve your customer on the phone lines, please do not publish the phone number. That only makes customer experience worse.

Great room, clean and nice view. Service was excellent at the cafe! Super nice staff and a great experience. A extra thank you to the staff at Cafe Mosiac. Such great service

I am beyond amazed by the wonderful service of this place. Their thoughtful staff and kindness was definitely life saving during my quarantine here. The deliveries from lobby to my room were at incredible lightning speed, Laundry was done daily and just amazed by the genuine care for every person I personally experienced. Food was good too served so faithfully and timely everyday. To top their impeccable service and beautiful amenities off, these encouraging little thoughtful quote cards cheered me up so much! Thank you so so much staff of Carlton Hotel. Truly a life memory for me. Sending you all love right back ❤️ thank you for making my quarantine stay here so wonderful

A very big thank you to all the staff at Carlton. You guys are doing a fantastic job during this difficult time. Room is big and clean for a single person, services are mostly prompt, food is great, delivery of items are also relatively fast. Thank you for trying your best to satisfy my special food requirements for the first week during my quarantine due a very cranky stomach upon arrival. I'm blessed and grateful that all passengers on the same flight are tested negative and I'm well taken care of during my stay. May I wish you and your family a bless Christmas and most importantly a very healthy and happy 2021!
