Hotel is very good. Take care of each and everything without telling. But route to Mall Road is terrible. Though it takes 15-20 minutes to reac Mall Road but one has to climb lot of kachcha stairs each of abnormal height and have to cover a great height before reaching normal road. Children, elders cant do this. Main problem is that after strolling for 2-3 hours on mall road, one cant even think of going back to hotel and then coming back to mall road in the evening. If it is cloudy, you cant go out of hotel because, if rain starts, you cannot come back. In nutshell, once you can move out and stay outside till you can. Once you return back, rest of the day, after rest, is wasted in hotel. At this price, there are many hotels on mall road itself.

I'm giving one star only because a pantry guy gave a hot food even a 11pm. The hotel is around 20 year old and Not well maintained.. unfortunately we got a room which was pretended like it was cleaned when I checked in at 11pm. But befsheets and blankets were not changed.. mo floor was cleaned. It was looking looking like the same used bed sheets were neatly arranged on bed. When I went to rest my self. It was stinking. Then i called the staff and asked him to change the room. Bathrooms are too small

I enjoyed the stay. Hotel is clean n hygienic. Service is the best. Food is tasty n good I had breakfast n dinner at the hotel and it was awesome. Service by the manager Rajendra Kumar at restaurant is best. Rooms were clean n best part 24 x 7 hot water

Hotel is pretty good. Located on the main road. Lot of traffic in the morning and the evening can be disturbing sometimes.

Very Good Hotel. Restaurants Staffs Mr Rajendra was an excellent person. Very polite and answered all the questions we asked him related to local sightseeing etc. Pros: 1. Nice ambiance and Clean Room 2. Nice Food 3. Back side of the Mall road and hotel has stairs to reach there (Mall road will be around 1.5 KM ) Cons: 1. Room Heaters are not strong enough. 2. I am not sure but these rooms are very cold , I then went to Manali and stayed in Citrus without Room Heater the rooms and floors are much warmer. 3. From road to Hotel entrance there are stairs so old people might face little difficulty
