Observed on M.G. Road, Sunday Market is probably the most hyped market destination in Pondicherry. The market offers a wide variety of products and that too at affordable rates; these products range from household to fashion to education to accessories.

Sunday market is a very length road side shop. All the things available in this market. Some rare items we can bought very low price. All the time we can't except.very Crowd when normal Sundays. Best place to purchase cheap and best thing's.

Great place to shop... Nice people... The shopkeeper's attitude is great... U buy or don't buy, they treat you alike. Price is cheaper... One Star less is due to limited availability of particular items as there's much scope for such an extravagant place... No parking space, hence all the surrounding streets are occupied by cars. Better not to travel by car. Dress materials is the majority thing. Few street food outlets is there to snack. The adjoining Nehru Street also has many shops. Overall a great place. If u happened to be in Pondicherry on Sunday, don't miss this place.

Its always nice to visit local market of a city. You can see various items from across India and cheap one time use items here. Even during Coivd time the rush is enormous. You cannot expect people to follow rules here. So be careful while visiting. No place to stand at times. Poor traffic control and maintenance.
