I've been reading reviews bout this hotel being this and that, but we found it to be a nice hotel. The room is spacy, everything work fine, breakfast not that many option but it will do, and the staff are friendly..

Everything is punishment in this hotel. If you leave your food in the plate in open buffet breakfast you will be punished for 200 baht. If you break the taps in the bathroom it is 2000 baht. If you put your bread in toaster for second time it is 1000 baht. Yes, not joke.. Also hotel is very very old, the furnitures are so old and we are afraid of touching in fear of they will break and we will pay for the punishment.. Every single day we always wake up at 06:00 am due to screams in the corridor. Doors are so old, no soınd insulation and housekeepers began to chit chat in front of the door. They also try to open our door at 08:00 for housekeeping!! It is so early!

The hotel was great... rooms are very large ،beautiful and clean... The staff are very kind ...but Thai breakfast wasn't my favorite...

I wish I can give 0 star for this hotel. They wanted to charge me 600BHT for the AC remote control and would not refund. I was asking them to check carefully and they said they did and they made sure it was lost. They just want to charge for money first. Can’t trust on the employees so I came to check by myself. I just spent 5 seconds to find it out under the coffee table. 20 people in group were waiting for me to solve the problem and we were late for 30 minutes. By the way, they have many rules for charging your money around the buffet area and intolerance. It’s not too much just 200- 500BHT. But imaging that if many people would be charged, they could make a lot of money from these stuffs.

The room size is big, but the hotel is old, I think they need to renovate and upgrade some of their furniture, because the room furniture are old fashioned... Overall we are ok.. during our stay... The hotel was booking by the agent, as we were in the group tour.
