My daughter and I went here to celebrate my youngest daughter's what should have been 21st birthday. Even if you're not a Harry Potter fan you must see this!! My eldest wasn't as keen but even she enjoyed the day it was incredible and so fascinating. Didn't want to leave thought there was so much more I could still learn and see. Will definitely be going back.

We had a great time. Friendly staff, clean park. Very nice shows. Only 2 restaurants in the park, one of them counter service. The burgers are nice, we didn't like the french fries. The reason I don't give 5 stars: To meet Disney Characters you need to make an online reservation. After you make the reservation you get a time slot for the meet and greet. Even if there is literally nobody in line for the meet and greet, you do not get the chance without a ticket! On our first day we were not aware of this system. My 2 year old was so sad that he could not meet Olaf. There was NO que! So for the next meet and greet I checked the times, opened the app ON TIME and whit in seconds all tickets were gone. I think that there are a lot of guest that make the online reservation, but when they cannot make it, they don't give the tickets back. This way other guests miss out on the meet and greet. So yes, the lines are short for the meet and greets. But now you have to depend on the social behavior of guest, with tickets, who will not make it.

An enjoyable experience for our whole family. Sizable queues at times including the ladies toilet and for food. Seating space in dining areas is scarce most of the time. The rides and visual effects do not disappoint however with Disney "extras" found on most of them. English as a first language is not a problem as most staff and all signage cater for this well.

Excellent experience. Great shows and attractions for all ages. If you want to experience all of both Disney parks I would recommend to book for multiple (3 to 4) days. General food options and quality could be much better though. During winter period (2019/2020) the best quality bites can be found near Ratatouille.

Very wonderful place, it needs a bigger food court. It's good to go off season, as there is less people in line. The washrooms are modern and clean, which is good. The staff aren't too helpful and seldom found, as well as the movie characters. Otherwise it's still a fun place and good for the family
