Description
The Figure Tower (La Tour aux Figures), created by sculptor Jean Dubuffet, was inaugurated in 1988 in the parc départemental de l'Île Saint-Germain in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Manifesto of the Hourloupe cycle (1962-1974), the monumental work of concrete and steel, 24 meters high, is installed on a hill in the park.

It's kind of ugly but kind of cool. I always saw it from the highway so I was curious what it was. It's too bad we can't go to the top for a view.
