I wish there were more English tutorials then the present. Still, it was astonishing to see where a prolific writer lived and worked. It has a nice view of Eiffel Tower and is in a nice neighbourhood. The staff are helpful. Tickets are 8 for adults 6 for students. I hope the museum will show more items in future.

I was surprised when I was asked to buy an entrance ticket since according to the information I found online the museum was free. However, the visit was a very interesting experience and although small, the house is great for what it is. I'd just like to recommend to the owners to update the pricing information online: 6 euros didn't ruin my experience but I can't speak for everyone else.

Un loc frumos. Minunat. The Maison de Balzac is a writer's house museum in the former residence of French novelist Honoré de Balzac (1799–1850). It is located in the 16th arrondissement at 47, rue Raynouard, Paris, France, and open daily except Mondays and holidays; admission to the house is free, but a fee is charged for its temporary exhibitions. The nearest métro and RER stations are Passy and Avenue du Président Kennedy.

It's a renewed original building which belong to Balzac . It's located near effiel tower , you could go there by walking . When I went there , there is an exibition about balzac book . When you stand in the small yard you could see very beautiful view of eiffel . There is also a small restaurent in the house.
