Description
Mirik Helipad:- Parched on top of the hill, Mirik helipad is more of an attraction for tourists and locals than being an actual spot for Helicopter landing. The entire stretch of Mirik lake, as well as the town, is visible from here, so places much beyond including parts of Nepal and the ranges of Mt. Kanchenjunga.

Helipad next to Swiss Cottages. Can see Kanchenjunga mountains in Dec-Jan on a clear day. Good view of surrounding mountains and Mirik college. Can do picnic also here as its open to all without any boundary.
