Description
A beautiful long beach. Mont Choisy is a wonderful long arc of of a beach reaching around towards Grande Baie, a lovely afternoons walk. Plenty of places to sit and swim or just watch the world go by. Fringed with trees it has some useful shade too.

Amazing beach. Lots of trees to relax under. Big selection of food trucks also available.

The second best beach on the island (the first place belongs to Le Morne beach). Typical Mauritian beach - golden coarse sand (don't believe the promotional materials about the island - there is no fine white sand to be found in Mauritius), some rocks, bad (or almost non existent) conditions for snorkeling. But no resorts at the beach and the cleanliness of the beach make a day here a lovely experience.
