Located around in Port Louis, the Grand Bassin in Mauritius is one of the most sacred places for the Hindus. It is often also regarded as Ganga Talao and is famous for one of the most significant Lord Shiva temples which are located 1800 ft above the sea level. Apart from the temple of Lord Shiva, you can also worship Gods like Hanuman and Lakshmi who have their individual temples there as well. The serene and tranquil environment of the place is what makes the tourists come back again and again to this place.
