The Victoria Memorial is a large marble building in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, which was built between 1906 and 1921. It is dedicated to the memory of Queen Victoria, then Empress of India, and is now a museum under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture. Beautiful Gardens around the Memorial .

Definitely a must visit if you're in Kolkata. An iconic and historical monument. Well preserved with a large garden and water bodies. The museum inside the memorial displays various artifacts from the British Raj. A lot of people go for a jog or morning walk in the garden at dawn,especially in winter.

One of the historical places from the British time. Inside you will find some ancient artifacts, paintings and old ammunition but not that much interesting too. Photography is not allowed inside the memorial. But the garden is large and really beautiful. One of the romantic places of Kolkata.

Clean, well maintained.. Beautiful garden with two big ponds.. Full of various types of natural green trees.. Perfect place for hangout.. This place gives you peace in ur mind

Very famous and historic place. In front of the garden there is a statue of queen victoria. The garden is very decorated and well maintained. Every day a lots of people visit this place. Total area of the place is 57 acre. It's also famous for love birds. The price of the ticket is rs.30/-. And for the garden it's price is rs.10/- only.

Very beautiful place for family. Clean Garden with Heritage Victoria Palace. Evening 3pm to 5 pm is the best time to visit.
