Take a time to visit this place. Very rich in archeological artifacts (No Pun). Just looking at these pottery, sculptures andbrickwork leave you in awe as to how modern we were 2000 years back. Will take you minimum5 years if you want to carefully browse through all that is at display

This museum is situated at proper Behala, adjacent to the Diamond Harbour Road. Rich in archeological artifacts of different parts of West Bengal. The Museum is well maintained and meticulously arranged. As per my opinion, due to lack of advertisement people are unaware of such interesting place in Kolkata.

Nice collection of archeological artefacts recovered from.different parts.of Bengal. Some artefacts date back even to the paleolithic era. A must visit if you want to know more about the rich history of Bengal. Photography inside the musuem is not allowed. In 2019, the entry fee is rs 5.
