Description
 Gurudwara Bari Sangat is the most notable historical Gurdwara in Kolkata. The Gurudwara was visited by Guru Nanak Dev & Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib during their travels. On his return journey from Dacca to Punjab, Guru Nanak went to Calcutta and is said to have stayed at this place and hence a Gurudwara was built here.

Went there during the day time. Very peaceful environment, not crowded at all. One can spend ample time in silence with no restrictions. Well maintained.
