It's a great place, but sadly the staff is more interested in satisfying their white masters. When I went to this place, the girl who was suppose to show us & give instructions, looked like her cat died. After us, there were a couple of White foreigners & this same girl was so lit up for them. Sadly a great place ment only for Whites. Not Indians!

They have all about Goan history. It's a very good collection. But it requires more maintenance. The entry fee was 50 rupees per person and camera charges extra. They provide a guide with either English or Hindi language

It's a wonderful place. A very smart way to promote Goan heritage. The place is clean and is environment friendly. Would suggest anyone to go here to gain insight on the history of Goa

This museum has much more and offers a peep into Goa's legends, history, culture and lifestyle. It is considered as a must-visit on many foreign dignitaries' or bureaucrats' itinerary. What’s more, its bird habitat and butterfly park captures the imagination of kids like no other. The site is locally known as the Bigfoot Cross Museum and its popularity can be guessed from the fact that Loutolim is now gradually being known as Bigfoot

If you're interested in the history and cultural set up of Old Goa, then Big Foot Museum is the best place... informative audio commentary about culture and heritage of Goa is playing in the background...Educational place to learn for kids.. Portuguese House in which few shoots of Singham is done, is opposite to this Museum...One time visit place ..
