Biryani Baar was conceived by a couple from Darjeeling, who had a desire to bring their family's recipes to the world in the most home-style cooking way possible. Prepared with the freshest ingredients, aromatic spices and most importantly, a mother's love, the food will surely remind you of home-cooked meals from your childhood. Each dish is made to order and in the traditional Muslim home-style way to give you the best meal experience available. Our Chinese line of food was started by our local cook, who wanted to showcase the favorite recipes she grew up with, a vision which we could certainly support.' Excellent halal food, excellent staff behaviour, great atmosphere, reasonable price. Overall a very good experience during one of my stays in Darjeeling with family. Even the owners are very very polite and makes sure their customers are happy and content with the food and services.

Delicious food at all, and if you are seeking for halal food then you have to come here, 5 minutes walking distance from Darjeeling bus stand and also backwards from mall road for 5 minutes walking distance, you will feel like the dishes are made at home, and also in a reasonable price

If you're searching for halal food in Darjeeling, you might want to give them a visit. Had chicken lollipop and chicken biryani and I wasn't disappointed with the taste. The biryani was delicious so was the chicken lollipop. The only drawback is, it is situated next to a pork restaurant.
