The customer service deserves a 1 start review. They use straws of pasta cut in half for glasses longer than the half. When I asked if I could have a proper straw, the waitress answered me "not", without giving me any solution. Bad rapport quality-price: poor cocktails and frozen fast food. However, it is a lovely place with an amazing atmosphere to enjoy a laughing time thanks to the comedians!

The customer service deserves a 2 star review. But the owner is a passionate. Hence the 4 stars. As often in Belgium, passion do not meet customer experience. The website and confirmation email warned us not to be later than 19h45 and upon arriving we learn that there is another show before and that they know the email is wrong but they cannot change it so we have to wait until 10pm. They could have offer us a drink or a seat upgrade. They could have... :)

Excellent French comedian the night we went. The service was efficient and friendly. We had not made reservation so we arrived 2 hours in advance on a Saturday night. I wouldn't come less than an hour in advance as the place packs up! Will definitely come again! Cheers
