Description
Another hidden temple in Khlong Sarn district is Wat Thong Phleng. It was built in late 18th century A.D. when the area was still only paddy fields. Unfortunately all the building of the temple were deserted and only ths small viharn was open. The main hall is said to have beautiful murals on it's walls picturing important places and traditions around Thailand. Finding my way back was so confusing that I actually got lost and a friendly local offered to drive me back to the main road.
