This place was just walkable distance from our Hotel. Since me and my wife both are vegetarians so we had shortlisted this hotel long before our trip started. The food was good, totally as per Indian taste and spicy. They serve north as well as South Indian food and no compromise with the taste. We even had a word with the owner and he seemed to be a thorough Gentleman. The service was a tad slow as they had just 4 or 5 staff on the floor including the order-takers and being lunch time the restaurant was full. But it all got sidelined once we tasted the delicious food.

The food was great. The sweets were nice, the tea was the best. The problem was constant observation. Someone was hovering at our table the who meal, watching us, every spoon..and then someone else trying to clear plates before we were done with food. Over attentive to a degree which I felt I was in an exam room. Prisoners have more quiet when they eat..just saying.

Professional, efficient, super clean with great service. Definitely worth returning to go through the extensive menu which is suitable for the whole family. Well done to the team at Saras.

The food was good. Fast service and friendly staff. Had expected a vegan restaurant, but it was not. Quite a few dishes could be served vegan, but far from all. The experience made me wonder if the staff even knows what vegan means..

Had nice Indian vegetarian food here. We ordered dal, curry, rice and rotis. Everything was well made. Pretty good restaurant. I will be happy to recommend to anyone looking for vegetarian food.
