Love the historical briefing. There are several options you can choose from. We went for Thailand cultural history. There are interactive hands-on, language translation via recorder that works on point, quality customer services and well kept artifacts. Everyone who like to learn about Thais culture, this is a great start.

Nice place to learn about Thailand and Bangkok with modern way. some staff very friendly and always smile but some of them very serious and not smiling. Like they tried to match with the time. Must visit. You will have device to translate into English.

You have to be escorted throughout the museum, you are not given enough time to read all the information and displays before you are hurried to the next exhibit, the guides have little English so they are difficult to understand and can't answer questions. It's almost like a surreal 'museum experience' you would get at a theme park. The building is nice and modern and some good displays (if only I'd had time to look properly).

I did exhibition no 2, its a really good place to go to to know more about thai history and the monarchy. However the only downfall I feel is the time restrictions and the staff. I don't know if it's because of the time restrictions but the staff talked so fast I felt like I couldn't even ask questions without telling them to stop and slow down. There was several quides to the whole tour which I felt that most of the women just wanted to get the job done and had lack of interest to their work. However there was a male guide that's which took his time and allowed me to ask questions within his part of the tour. I really liked this place and how the set up the tours but I think they should find staff or students who are actually interested in being asked questions.

We were pushed to fast through the display. A lot of information without a lot of time to read. It was an interesting exhibition hall. Music was playing live. It was nice.
