Seems economical at the time of booking, but operating at bare essential levels. For a start, there are no Porters in the hotel so you have to carry your own luggage!! Laundry charges are through the roof, so that's not an option here. Buffet breakfast was repetitive, the hotel has no veg options in the menu, however a few clueful staff members went out of the way to help. The hotel provides only two bottles of water (500ml) everyday and if you have to purchase water then DON'T DO SO FROM THE HOTEL!! There's a 7/11 just 500m from the hotel, go there! On the positive side, the staff was very nice and were readily offering quick tips on how to travel in the city and what to avoid and what to do. Overall 3 stars only for the lovely staff. The hotel could do much better.

Staff is not trained to work in hospitality. They can't offer any solutions to the most simple problems and made my stay emotionally painful. Also, the breakfast was awful. We even asked if they could keep our luggage while we were out and they didn't even gave us a ticket for it so we could claim them back. So unprofessional. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough.

Our stay here was wonderful. Great location right by the river, and the loveliest staff you could ask for. What’s up we bonus is we happened to be here for the Loy Kratong festival and we were treated to yummy food and live music. We will Come back and stay next time we visit Bangkok. Two thumbs up

Great river side view. Little costly. Good food. Rooms are little congested. Cooperative staff. Spa and message Facilities present. Swimming pool. No ferry facility from the hotel. Present in prime location. Parking facilities present. Overall good experience. Pool side restaurant in the evening with river back on other side is a must experience.

Awesome hotel with a great location. The hotel management were very helpful and cooperative. Great food and neat rooms, would return to stay if I go to bangkok again.
