Their floor staffs were superb. Even encouraged us to do VAT refund for our purchases made. Made friends with a nice chap from Guam but can't remember his name. Super ambassador of Hard Rock.

Best bar and restaurant in Bangkok. Great food, very friendly service, and the best live band in all of Thailand. If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to have a good time, this is the place for you, trust me you won’t be disappointed at all. Live band 6 days a week ( Monday through Saturday).

Decent size outlet. Typical Hard Rock merchandise and t-shirts being promoted. Staff were friendly and attentive. The band playing at Hard Rock was OK too. And yeah; I do love the chocolate brownie.
