Very creative way to serve, a brand new dining experience. It's amazing how chef mix the ingredients and present from plate to your tongue. Very cool and unique. Wonderful, but I will not come again because of its high price.

the whole experience at Gaggan is very unique and not seen at other restaurant. The wow factor starts from the menu as seen in the photo, using emoticons to reflect each of the items. Some star items including the dish with accompanying music, explosive flavours in both warm and cold dishes, and the grilled dishes were absolutely heaven! Sadly not all the items were great, 3-4 dishes were not that great. Service was great too but the real downer is during the chef walk around, we notice he only skipped our table as we tried to have a chat but he just move away so that was still something we’re quite disappointed with.

Out of the 24 dishes presented, we only disliked 1 dish. The whole experience was amazing, staff was attentive but not snobbish. The atmosphere was laid back and fun, presentation was top notch! The only disappointment was that Gaggan was not there that night otherwise it would have been a cherry on top. But definitely a worthwhile experience!

My girlfriend and I booked a trip to Phuket and along the way the only reason we decided to stay in Bangkok to eat at Gaggan. The chefs were 2 hours late at preparing the food so we had to wait around in the bar next door for those 2 hours, the service was nothing special and the food was really dissapointing some dishes were very very good but most were disappointing. Head chef left half way through the preparation to go eat and never saw him again. Finished the meal after 2am when we were suppose to be finished at 11pm. We weren't offered a discount or anything in exchange for the service starting over two hours late. Would have expected at least a free drink or something to make up for the tardiness. They are top 5 in the world as I've had better food in my local Michelin star restaurants that have 1 star. Especially for the price you pay for this service it was extremely dissapointing wouldn't recommend.

We loved it. Everything about the experience was first class and yet super fun too - not stuffy. The food was truly phenomenal. We were a group of 4 and booked about 1.5-2 months in advance. Wish we could go back - will be excited to try Gaggan’s new place.
