Dosa King - Bangkok    Share

Went there a few hours after returning from a trip in South India because I was already missing the food. Many vegan options and a good understanding of what gluten-free means. All gravy dishes are gluten-free. Our waitress was great, friendly and professional and made sure everything we ordered was vegan and that my choices were gluten-free. We loved the food and will most likely make regular visits from now on.

(+) Great restaurant with a wide variety of Indian dishes. A lot of vegan (pure veg) options available, which is a huge plus. Well done! The restaurant itself is clean and well located. The food was flavorful and the staff was helpful. (-) The mango juice we had was a bit watered down. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you’re into yummy Indian food.

First India restaurant I visited in Bangkok turned out to be a bad first experience. We sit and 2 waitresses had to come to explain things on their huge menu. The second waitress had to go to the owner to confirm the price on the menu. The owner was on the phone and took his sweet time to answer the waitress. I'm not surprised about the lack of good customer service at the Indian restaurant, but shocked my first visit coming from the USA turned out this way. I will add a review about the food shortly. Edit: The food was really good. We ordered dosa and some appetizers. Better and more authentic than what I've had back in Oregon. Changing my stars from 2 to 4. I recommend to try it.

Had shortlisted this hotel long before our Thailand trip. And it didn't fail me for sure. Since the name is DOSA KING so we ordered South Indian, a Masala Dosa and Lemon Rice and goodness me the food was delicious like hell. No compromise with the taste or standards whatsoever. Loved the food and service was also good. One of the best Indian Restaurants in Bangkok for sure, Hands Down!!

This restaurant deserves his good reviews! The selection of food is enormous and worth the money. The staffs are very customer oriented and understand English. I find bad reviews very inappropriate because these people work hard to give the guest a good time. Please think about it.
