A former shipyard located on the banks of the River IJ in Amsterdam Noord, the NDSM Wharf has blossomed into an enormous cultural hotspot in recent years with a vibrant artist community and an ever-expanding variety of bars and restaurants. With grounds exceeding the size of ten football pitches, the area hosts multi-disciplinary festivals, performances, exhibitions, dance parties and a wide range of other events in unique, post-industrial surroundings.

What a cool concept! Went to Amsterdam this December and was told to visit NDSM. Didn't know exactly what it's all about but once we arrived we realized what a cool kind of gentrified area it is. Plenty of bars lounges and restaurants around community is really nice and I will visit I can in the summer.

Great graff spot just over the water from Amsterdam central station. The ferry is free and runs all day and evening. Great area with a few coffee shops too.

This place is for hippies. Though not a good time to visit when I was there last December since you'll need a bit of walking but the graffiti everywhere were very nice. Good for photographers too.

Super cool place, a must-visit one. Full of graffiti and street art. There is like a warehouse with some weird shops inside that you have to visit. We went there late unfortunately, I suggest to go in the early afternoon to enjoy it better.

Amazing street art, a Mecca of creativity! Absolutely visit this place if you love street art and creative utilization of urban landscape remnants, and very cool old boats!
