Goat Farm Ridammerhoeve is situated right in the heart of the Amsterdamse Bos. On this organic farm there are goats, chickens, cows, pigs, a horse and a pony. In the cellar they make cheese, yoghurt, buttermilk, butter, fresh cheese and even ice cream from goatmilk. Enjoy a cup of cappuccino and an organic sandwich with goat cheese on our terrace. On the menu you will find dishes mainly made by products from the farm. Young guests can entertain themselves among the animals. The little goats enjoy being fed a bottle of milk or a hand full of feed. There is a playground and labyrinth on the field. At a short distance, there is even a pool for toddlers. Almost year round, there are young animals at the farm.

This place was so much fun! We biked there with our three-year-old daughter during a visit to the park. She had an amazing time feeding and petting the goats (bottles of milk were one euro each but it didn't cost anything to enter), as well as playing in the playground. Goat's milk ice cream was delicious as well. Would have been a great place to bring lunch for a picnic.

A truly magnificent spot for anyone who wants to escape the bustle of Amsterdam. Head south with the metro to Amsterdam South Station and walk an hour from there through the beautiful park. At the end of the walk you're in for a treat, petting animals and having yourself a snack. Plus they even sell goat cheese ice cream there! Only negative aspect is that the poor animals are wholly exposed to the people and even get force fed goat milk by some parents who want their children to enjoy. I was shocked to see that there was no one watching out for the animals.

Nice place to visit with kids and show them a goat farm. It's free to visit and has open fields around and adjacent to jungle. Kids can run around and play. Best to visit on a sunny dry day .

This is our absolute favorite place to visit in Amsterdam! It’s just as fun for the kids as if it is for adults! You can feed the goats, walk around, grab some groceries, eat lunch or just have coffee and enjoy the nature! Family friendly place with a big playground for the kids and many areas to explore and pet the animals.

Heaven on Earth. The goat farm was so amazing. There were so many beautiful goats and other animals. You can play, feed and cuddle the baby goats as much as you like. The farm is a lovely bike ride from the entrance of the amsterdamse bos and the farm is free to visit. The only cost is €1 to buy a bottle of milk. The baby goats are so cute and friendly. And the adult goats are just as cute to feed. I would recommend visiting this place as it is the cutest place and will bring you so much happiness.
